Reviews and Ratings
I had a mix of experiences at this hotel. On one hand, the service was outstanding with a professional hospitality approach and fantastic customer service, especially with Mr Emad Melad at the Front desk. On the other hand, the need for money to access certain services was a bit off-putting, and interactions with the reception staff, including the manager, were not as pleasant as expected.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but the lack of tissues was a downside. On the bright side, the staff provided a very professional hospitality, especially Mr Emad Melad at the Front desk. However, the need for additional payments for various services was a bit inconvenient.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were comfortable, but the lack of tissues was a downside. The service was hit or miss with some staff being very professional and welcoming, like Mr Emad Melad at the Front desk, whereas others were quite unhelpful, even the manager. The location was calm and serene, near the old market, but receiving service only after paying extra felt absurd. Unfortunately, the dining options were limited to homemade biscuits.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The location was peaceful and near the old market, but it's not close to the beach. The rooms were comfortable but lacked tissues. The service was exceptional from Mr Emad Melad at the front desk, even though the manager wasn't as pleasant. Some services required extra fees, which was a downside. The dining offered Tuscan bread, and the facilities were adequate.
The hotel is set in a very calm area, offering comfortable rooms and a very professional hospitality experience. Despite some issues with the manager not being nice, the service provided by Mr Emad Melad at the Front desk stands out. The location is close to the old market and offers serene surroundings while being conveniently located downtown. However, the need for additional money for basic services can be frustrating. The Italian restaurant nearby serves a set-menu, but access to the beach may require transportation.
